"Maaf aku tak bisa." Ucap Tara malam itu kepada sahabatnya, tepat saat mereka sampai di depan pagar rumah Tara. Hampir saja Tara menangis, jikalau Ia tak bergegas masuk ke dalam rumah. -- Malam itu, Tara dijemput Juna sepulang dari kantor. Seperti biasa, mereka mengganjal rasa lapar di warung tenda favorit mereka. Tak ada yang aneh, hanya saja sahabatnya itu lebih banyak diam dan Tara lebih banyak berkata-kata.
